SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $300. All domestic orders under $300 ship for a flat rate of $12.00. International shipping is not currently available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday-Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.
If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact info@thescienceofbeautykingsport.com within 14 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.
Online and in clinic Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Other restrictions could apply
